It looks cool and the camera work is good. But, overall it is too slow for me. It's a shame that the fire isn't already in full effect when you see it over his shoulder. It's like it has just lit itself as that camera shot starts! And you could have made more of the transformation sequence.
Nicely done, very atmospheric, impressive.

Yeah, the fire was a cock up I didn't see until post production :(. Probably because the scene was broken into 3 render batches.
