I've actually had both of those happen in normal brawl. They are easy to recreate once you know how they happen.

The first one actually could've simply been that Fox wasn't hit by a hurtbox of Falcon Kick, and therefore CF was grabbed out of it.

The second one happens when Mario Capes any opponent just as they snap onto the edge, so thats known.
The first, I'm not even sure what that was.

That has been a known property of the cape for a while. A similar glitch with the cape existed in melee.
