No doubt Saskatchewan has serious problems. I did a little research on Brad Wall and found he is still under investigation for Criminal Fraud and Public Breach of Trust that resulted in several of his co-workers going to prison ... Don't Saskatchewan voters inform themselves?

At 6:18 to 6:40 you can see Brad Wall's fellow party members making fun of black people's eyes??? ("it's black or white" says the woman while stretching her eyes with her fingers when she says the word black - I believe Brad Wall was filming that and you can hear him laughing when she does it).
