this is the taveling band, its really small. The real band is bigger.

the band brought 52 members to Knoxville, whereas the actual band usually includes 199 people in the pregame show and about 210 in the halftime show. also, the band we bring to away games is the Straw Hat Band, not the university of california marching band. the Straw Hat Band wears jeans and a blue top with a straw hat, hence the name. It's much more casual then the full band, which is one of the only in the country that marches highstep. We only bring the full band to Palo Alto and Los Angeles
