so I REALLY do like the artwork for Burst Angel..it no doubt was awesome, casing. However, I have to ask..what was up with that exploding horse in the series....lol

Where can i find this thinpak version of The Story of Saiunkoku??? Amazon and rightstuf stock photo shows a brick version which i think is ugly =T

Unfortunately that is the only complete release to Saiunkoku, a thinpak release with 5 slim cases.

And what's worse is the price/availability, i'm lucky I was able to purchase Saiunkoku season 1 off some individual for $48, but the last time I checked on amaon it went for about $150 (along with most other Geneon sets)...

And it's a shame but from the looks of things chances of season 2 being licensed look pretty slim. And I really liked the anime too... :/

everytime i buy funimation dvds one disk is always scratched..i thought it was jst the store so i went to 5 other places for 5 different releases all scratched....seriously idk who it is but it tends to get annoying...then one place wouldnt take it back..said i scratched it..because i went home watched 26 episodes in one night...

It might be the stores in your area in general. All the disks I get are usually fine. Worst comes to worst, call the company.

heatguy J; nice characters, nice series, but....

1) it left you wanting a whole lot more. Almost like how BIG O season one had a an incomplete feeling, but maybe asking japan for a sequall will result in disaster like Big O season 2

2) why did they put it on MTV? they didn't even show the episodes linearly

I wanted to watch Fushigi Yugi when I heard David Hayter who did Snake from the Metal Gear games also did Tamahome from Fushigi Yugi.

I would appreciate if you also sell Box Sets of Fushigi Yugi.

Nothing against David Hayter or anything, but that was when people didn't take voice acting seriously. The English voice overs are terrible and Tamahome's voice was that good...it's Kurama's voice (also done by Hayter) but lower and without much emotion. Not really that good, IMO.

Some exceptional art work again, If I had a blue-ray player I would get Burst Angel on blue-ray but blue -ray is still to expensive at present.

Box sets are they better value or not also why don't they put more voice actor interviews or creators interviews in box set packages.
