I'm 83 yrs old....I hear of the "middle class"..my total income is about $18,000.00 PER YEAR....I'm wondering what "class" I am in. I am veteran of two wars, penalized by Medicare and pay 70 more for my premium my small SS check decreases each yr because of this penalty and I STILL PAY INCOME TAX. Can i get some relief ????
