Not entirely. Most people buying lvl 80 chars, most likely, already have an 80, and have no interest in leveling a second char to 80 just to experience a different part of the game (that you pay for). Honestly, who wants to do the same old quests, etc, over again, unless you enjoyed said event.
Ok, say you live in California and you just bought an account from someone in Canada. You live a few thousand miles away from them. If you waited a few days and then logged in would blizzard still ban you? Would they think you moved to california in those few days or would they still think it is someone else who now owns the account?

Blizzard does not allow change of account ownership, so the account is legally under your name. Tell Blizzard that your account got hacked and stolen. Btw, don't said you participated in account selling. Then, Blizzard will ask you to verify your identity. That way you can get it back.

What is wrong with all of you people and what is wrong with you dude making these videos encouraging and promoting the selling or trading of accounts. Say for example you buy a WOW acct for 800 bucks, then the person who sold it to you opens a new acct. Blizz catches it, bans you and and bans him. Your are out 800 bucks and you probably won't hear from that person again. The TOS of WOW tell u tht you don't own your acct, blizz does, and trade/sell of accts is prohibited!!

hey, i found an account while browsing Youtube and it is amazing and only $250. the guy who is selling is selling through PayPal. he says that if he logs onto his account from that IP address, he'll get a ban because he has another account that he advertises from. i asked if the same thing would happen to me and he said that since my Ip is different, i wont get ban. i asked him that if i change IP addresses, ill get a ban. just wondering if this is true considering he avoids that subject.

i just got scammed bad... -_- paypal bounced... man that was bad that account was a year old was my original account i didnt take precautions he made 2 payments of 400 bucks and it all seemd well then 1 hour later he took the payments back saying i scammed him... wen i gave him everything -_-

Blizzard does not allow change of account ownership, so the account is legally under your name. Tell Blizzard that your account got hacked and stolen. Btw, don't said you participated in account selling. Then, Blizzard will ask you to verify your identity. That way you can get it back.

One reason I am adopting these methods is because potential sellers will feel safer knowing they can get paid fist. Suddenly, they don't have as much risk to deal with in me verififying their account. No login necessary.
