PhoenixSunsVideos, this video reminds me of why I watch basketball, along with all the bloopers. If you can't dunk yet, you GOTTA start training. I definitely recommend you to try the one I'm using - 50inch vertical[dot]com - I m 5 7 and I can dunk!

So my friend PhoenixSunsVideos finally told me how he started dunking, he s shorter than me, he s only 5 6 but jumps over a foot higher! Apparently he took the program over at "50inch vertical [dot] com" and gained over 16 inches in his vertical jump!

PhoenixSunsVideos, shit this is crazy. this is coming from a guy who s 5 5 but can dunk with EASE. I used the nba training program at 50 inch vertical (dot) com and gained past 14 ins on my leap.

hi PhoenixSunsVideos, I am practicing to boost my vertical jump by performing the workout system over at | 50 inch vertical [dot] com | - and so far got like like 8-9 inches thus far but I m only a bit off from dunking on the rim It is still my 2nd week so far, any advices?

LOL LesPaulNguyen. I was actually at summer league watching him. He's WAY too skinny. He won't make it in the NBA unless he puts a lot of weight on. And he's 6'10, 205lbs. Watch Robin Lopez develop more offensive skills while he has Shaq and Amare teaching him this coming year.

I was laughing at that pick but seeing how amped the Suns F.O. was to pick him up, I'm forced to hold judgement. It's PHX after all and I think they've proven they know what the hell they're doing. Great video! Thanks for sharing.
