Ok, I agree with you that everyone is entitled to thier opinion but think of it this way. Ludacris and other rappers call women hoes etc, movies do it also, but an individual who is on educational/live/news-type tv/radio? calling someone something negative? You don't see blacks on ESPN or news stations calling predominantly WHITE sports teams crackers or honkeys. Its not professional. if you don't see a problem with that, somethings wrong.

If those people started calling athletes crackers, people would stop watching, and THAT is why they don't. They want to keep their jobs. Roker pushed for the removal of Imus from the airwaves saying he made inappropriate comments. You may know Roker and Imus both work/worked for NBC! Don Imus made fun of 10 women from a basketball team, and was fired for this. Al Roker makes fun of 2.7 million people in the U.S. that suffer from epilepsy.
