  • wonderful!

  • Hey there Scott, just wanted to say that you are the first to ever inspire me to play "air piano" Keep up the great arangements, you're awesome!

  • Slow and well

  • Ilsa: Play it once, Sam. For old times' sake.

Sam: [lying] I don't know what you mean, Miss Ilsa.

Ilsa: Play it, Sam. Play "The Force"

  • love it i am crying it will put me to bed :(

  • a littlebit slowly, but it's OK

  • Use the force Harry,

    -Gandalf

  • "You're a Jedi, Frodo." - Jean-Luc Picard

  • star wars is ok .... battlestar galactica rulz

  • @avq5 that is your opinion, i guess some star wars fans may do something nasty to you LOL :) don't interpret this wrong though

  • @avq5 which one original or new gay one?

  • @xdeathfusionx it was made in 77 but still grea piece none the less

  • "You're a jedi, Harry."

  • This is great.. It's perfect to show my music class!! do you have any more??

  • Comment removed

  • i thought this was binary sunset

  • @newHECK Binary sunset is the force theme. The force theme is the name for the theme itself, not a track. It's included in more songs.

  • 38 people are just Dora fans...

  • Hey, for those who do not know!!! The sign with the red hand pointed down is the "not like" button, not the "upload" one!!!

Best Force Theme variant, at all.

And I was about to forget... may the force be with the 410 people which like this.

  • whoa i need to learn how to play this one on teclado

  • Beautiful, thanks!

    Jedi > Sith

    =)

  • The Emperor has 35 accounts.

  • Is this even possible?

  • does it work on violin??

  • I was listening to this music when I realize my laptop starts floating...

WOW, I never knew I have the force in me

  • the force isnt with 34 people

  • the force will be with you, always.

  • Better Than The Original Version :)

  • May the Force be with you.

  • thanks!

  • great tutorial! i even adapated it for alto sax.

  • This is a nice arrangement but it should be noted that it cannot be played in only one piano. For example, in the 5th measure there are some left hand chords that cannot last enough without pedal, but if you use pedal, you break the tempo of the other notes in the right hand.

  • your version pwns mine haha

  • mai the 4th be with you :)

  • May the Force be with you.....

  • THIS IS SO EMOTIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

  • the Force is strong with you.

  • May the Force be with you!

  • I use the measures on teh top to play this on my trombone.

  • In Soviet Russia, you are with the force.

  • Great vid, and I for one enjoy the transcription to the key of G Minor. The D Major to G Minor 7th is very, very smooth :)

    Thanks for the upload....

  • Super principe on peut joué en même temps ...merci !!!

  • nice job. I think it'd be cooler if you had a faster version play right after this. But very cool.

  • Awesome Bud.

  • Greengirl444 its not complicated you just have to know the right notes(wich are right there)and play according to the tempo and use expressions and play at the right tone and make shure you dont get anything wrong and you got it!

  • beautiful music... i would suggest a little faster like moderato

  • @MarioAwSoMeNeSs321 have you heard the real version of this song? it is slow.

  • @Xxpetrandr007xX this is a bit slower tho, but its so you can follow it I think.

  • jeez, that's complicated

  • arranging for left hand sucks too much

  • About what tempo is ths?

  • agurebly the best movie series of ALL time ?.?

  • @jimmjer

If you forget the god-awful prequels, then yes.

  • luke..... i-i- i am your father

  • thank you so much, its such a good easy simple way for us to learn!! thankss

    xxxx

  • Very nice notation... That's a great arrangement

  • Awesome could try on violin OR trumpet but it would be hard to get all those REALLY high notes on trumpet but I'll try thanks!

  • @Fredwilson45 Jsut trancribe it down an octave in the parts that its too high. Should work fine !!

  • @pmgauthier1 Thanks for your help I appreciate it!

  • scoRocs, may the force be with you...

  • scoRocs, may the force be with you...

  • Nice try. It's wrong, but everyone else seems to be satisfied. Most of it's right, but you went to chord V instead of chord VI at one point. Wouldnt pass for the real thing.

  • Yep, seems like a rearrangement with different chords. It's not "wrong" but it's not Williams'...

  • @LordRimoah you mean a rip of

  • Thanks to you, I could arrange it for trumpet. Thank you very much!

  • Brilliant!

  • thanks a lot man!!! a make from your score a guitar tab and ist wondefull!!!!

    THANKS AGAIN!

P.S. In the copyright of the tab i posted your you tube account because is your work!

  • omg . awesome !

  • thx a lot for the sheets man

    I was searching for months

    btw you play beautiful

  • Ohhh Yeah???

    really cool...

    but gues what?

    Idon't care

what the hell is your problem?

you don't have anything to do instead of pissing me on?

    go fuck yourself

  • exactly the same way as John Williams wrote it. Thats the original score for piano

  • eh no it's not - the first chord of the fourth bar should be C major, not F major

  • looking and playing along and the sheet music im using is exactly the same, and I bought mine from a music store

  • just because you bought it from a music store doesnt mean it's the original score or even the right chords - anyway it says in the video description that this guy arranged it and that chord is wrong

  • just because he said he arranged it doesnt mean he actually did. He probably said that to make himself feel special

  • Lol possibly, but believe me it's wrong. What's the name of the volume you have?

  • stop arguing on here!!!!

  • May the Force bith with you ;)

  • @FinlandJedi and also with you :]

  • @FinlandJedi Bith. Music. I see what you did there!

  • @FinlandJedi and also with you

  • @FinlandJedi the force indeed is with him

  • i dunno if it's you or someone else who made this arrangement, but for cryin out loud, you're not as good a composer as John Williams, leave it the way he wrote it!

  • lolz

  • bet ya dont even know half of whats on this vid he did a very awsum job

  • of course i know "what's on this vid" i can see and hear it!

  • i meant the keys of this if u ry readin them u get confused

  • I don't think so, I'm a music teacher and composer of orchestral film music, and this score is quite simple

  • im supposed to belive this how? u have no good vids of any '' lessons of crap u say u teach''

  • i dont

  • do you got the sheet music from the droid invasion!?

  • RizcoBeatzProduction: No, he probably got it from the music shop :)

  • this is a great piece. like the video, simple and easy to follow.

  • how sad is this soge

  • amazing!

  • most definetly yes

  • can it be played by one person?

  • The highpoint chord at :38 secs should have the tonic pitch at the top. They way you've arranged that chord takes away some of that immediacy if you know what I'm mean. A "G" if I'm not mistaken. (Will check later on)

  • You're right

  • That is beautiful!

  • wow thnx

  • It's a good idea, and it's played very well, but a little bit too slow.

  • hey guys i made a similar video for the main theme of star wars. check out the onlkyvideo on my channel star wars main theme wmv

  • THANKS!!

  • That takes skill!

  • *applause* Beautiful.

Thank you for Making this. :D

  • i wish i will know how to play this. its so beautiful...

soon after i will learn how to play on piano (actually keyboard because piano is very expansive and thats too bad) i will start to practice this song.

    p.s 5/5

  • LOL i might sound like retarded for doing this but i played the bass part on my trombone just now and..... WOW!!

  • well my idea was to play it on the tuba... so don't feel too bad

  • I wish there was a full song of it. Just with this melody! I love it very much and i have been searching for it, since I know Star Wars. :'| I am in love with this song/melody!

    Thanks for the sheet! =)

    5000 stars!

  • Dude Nice One! Just learned it myself sound wicked

  • Very good! I love this music!

  • Melody in a reality not bad but these notes not ingenious, here it is possible to learn a melody only... (If it is final the hearing there is no also it do not hear!!!!) and chords select better, turn to the professional

    ...

  • 5 stars!! ...this is a great song...

  • un poco mas rapido no staria mal

  • I love this Song!Which synthesizer is taht?

    (I´m german)5 Stars!

  • He did put force theme song too, which is it's unofficial name, since it's name changes from each soundtrack, originally binary sunset

  • nice^^

  • awsome i like these notes cause they r so soft and i can fall asleep to it. well done

  • I don my Darth Vader hat when I dance to this tune...

  • You don't know how much I appreciate this

  • LOVE IT!!

  • umm i way like past that give me something harder

  • the harmony is wrong in measure 10, but the rest is great!

  • I think there's too much bass on the beginning. It sounds like a "walk of rancorn" xD. Anyway good job.

  • that's really nice. thank you

  • thank you sooo much!

  • Try a C Major at measure 3 instead of F :)

  • love :39 part

  • This is in 8/4 or something definitely not 4/4

  • Yes, 8/4

  • The mathmatical and mechanical abilities of people in this world is on a drastic decline.

Train your kids to work with their hands as electricians & plumbers and what not, that's the next group of ultra billionaires when everyone else forgets how to do things themselves!

  • lol. True but oh well. It depends on what they are good at!

  • woooooow are you that much of an idiot??????

  • **************

  • Splendid again, good job!

  • excelent

  • beautiful

  • took*

  • absolutely wonderful

  • good job

    *****

  • Nice Job!

  • Wow you need big hands

  • Hmm, I don't think so. I don't think any chord is bigger than an octave.

  • ummm, take a look at those held notes on the left hand starting in the third bar. I know you could use a pedal, but to be technically correct you'd need a hand span of about 27cm to comfortably reach the biggest interval that I could find, but you'd also need to be holding the entire octave. That's hard

  • Another problem is that there are many notes that cannot technically be played. The metre is not accurate for the beats per measure that he is suggesting.

  • it requires skill though and distance ^^

    I can play it

  • um... I can play every single note that he's written there

  • The program is sibelius.

  • can you post across the stars please?

  • What program is that?

Oh, by the way, is it possible that you can post may the force be with you?

    Thx!

  • I wish I could read music :( lol

  • Don't worry, It's not very hard to find out.

  • thx a lot ^^

  • AWESOME DUDE KEEP UP DA GOOD WORK =) i give u a 10

  • You are so right! This is incredible.

  • bravo!

  • The Music is strong in this one!

    It gave me chills...

  • i love it

  • You changed the harmony, nice! I liked that passing F between the I and VI chords. The original version's harmony still feels more suitable for a "force theme." This one sounds more like a "sad theme," a little too melodramatic to represent "the force." Hope to see more!

  • the force flows wild, it must be tamed within us...ahem...but yea...sounded great

  • ah, right. cheers m8! :)

  • What piece of music software is displaying and highlighting the measures? Scortch? Also I don't think midi such when recorded with a variable velocity instrument (such as YPG-225 and the hardest or softness of the player is preserved...it preserves expression.

  • Actually, it's Finale PrintMusic! 2004... I took screenshots of the music editing page and added the grey highlights myself. And I don't understand your comment about the expression preservation.... ?? explain? BTW, thanx for subscribing!

  • My PSR-195 keyboard was SO MECHANICAL. I examined the details of the session and saw the velocity of every note was the max 127. So every note sounded the same volume. But My DGX-220 has TOUCH SENSITIVITY, which you can adjust. So now when I lay down a midi track in Sonar, the resulting midi will play back with softness or intensity the same as I recorded it. This means my interpretation and 'expression' is preserved in the midi. Hopes this helps.

  • OK, I see... in my program, the key velocities are as follows: pppp-10, ppp-23, pp-36, p-49, mp-62, mf-75, f-88, ff-101, fff-114, ffff-127. So if you're watching the vid, you can see the velocities change with the dynamic markings. The soundtrack to this vid is recorded from the program... if you want to hear a recording that I played, it's in one of my other vids.

  • You've changed the chords! I much prefer the original version. Plus it doesn't sound good in G minor; try putting it in F minor, with the original chords.
