By their fruits ye shall know them. I feel that that scripture can be likened to the way we live our daily lives. Mormons strive to be Christ-like. There is a lot of vitriol toward the Mormon Church online at the moment. I'd personally give the Book of Mormon at least one read through and then decide. Make sure you attend your church every week, pray night and morning, and study scriptures.
