I'm not vegan but I needed an egg free recipe for my son who is allergic to eggs - this looks like a good one :) I usually make thin pancakes/crepes; whenever I've tried to make fluffy pancakes they go too brown before its time to flip 'em. So I guess its best to cook them on a lower temperature ... what temperature do you do them at?

@DodgyRoller Hi there. Right now i just use all purpose flour (that kind that already has yeast included), soy mil and sugar. Sometimes i add coffee just for the flavor =P

So a normal breakfast for me would be: 10 soup spoons of flour, 3 soup spoons of sugar, some coffee, half a coffee spoon of olive oil and i add soy milk until i get a liquid with the density of honey (more or less). I never considered the temperature when making them.

They come out fluffy and really good =)

thanks for the recipe. I have been transitioning into a vegan diet and I tried to make pancakes this morning but no matter what I did, they just weren't as fluffy and light as they were when I used milk and eggs. I also use Whole Wheat Pancake mix so maybe that is part of the problem. Do you thing your recipe would work with whole wheat flour?

doce de figo com melao (comprei no pingo doce) juntei-lhe marmelada e um pouco de leite de soja para o tornar mais liquido. Sim o molho tambem e vegan =P ficou uma delicia ^^
