I totally agree with Brittany! We met up in the US for r&r and spent the whole 2 weeks traveling all over seeing everybody and their dog! Homecoming Reunion will be in Japan and no additional family will be involved! I'll share him with the kids, but not with anybody else!!

This is one of the reasons I like being stationed overseas... the likelihood that the in-laws will come over during homecoming is low, and we can go to them when possible.

I love this! My husband and I have already had this discussion with his family after reading your book. My friend's fiance just got home YESTERDAY! and her mother actually told her mother-in-law to be that they should all leave the kids alone until their engagement party next month.
