This is exactly what happened to my oldest cousin. She went with her sister to a tattoo parlor because they were both going to get one. The older cousin got a huge dragonfly on her lower back and the younger one chickened out.

It happened when they were going to get ear cartilage piercings. Both chickened out and got another hole in their ear lobes instead. I actually have gotten 2 earlobe piercings AND ear cartilage piercing. The ear cartilage one didn't last though because of keloids.
