Now take a look at your drivers manual (called the highway code in the UK) it states you MUST NOT obstruct other road users from gaining access to or from a public highway (highway meaning road). the rest of your argument has nothing to do with parallel parking.. it means you cannot park too far from the curb, you must use parking spots & not block entrances/exits, & that you cannot stop in traffic unless there is a red light or sign.

@yuskjr It's quite simple, I enjoy being a DJ, I have been for many years, I have my own business where other DJ's work for me. I install equipment into clubs and bars and get DJ's to reside in these places on my behalf.
I only went to Uni because I fancied having a Degree. I doubt I'd want a job with electrical engineering, I can imagine a related job being boring.
I'm happy with my life and don't wish to change it.
