What I hate about 5 star restaurants is that you pay triple of the money for the food and you get 5 times less food that in a regular restaurant, they suck.

@LittleBigKRATOS But the whole idea is you get a small portion of some first class ingredients that are massively expensive, and get just enough to satisfy your tastebuds without eating so much food you feel sick at the end of the meal. How much do you think that Wagyu beef cost at the end at source of the kitchen? I don't know but I can tell you a shit load. If they were serving a 16 ounce steak of it the costs would be astronomical not to mention it'd be so rich it wouldn't be a pleasant dish

Wow those cuisine that the Australian guy show us were top notch. It looked so define and elegant. From the looks of it, I assume all the dishes taste good. Not to mention the usage of bone marrow. My mom use to tell me all the time to eat and suck out all the nutrients from the bone marrow.
