"About this ending:

Heather kill the cult's God, but upon returning to amusement park to meet Douglas, she finds him dead in a puddle of blood, and she's the one holding the knife. She's also still in a alternate reality. The dark Gods have possessed Heather and used her to kill Douglas. This is basically a SH3's bad ending.

Getting this ending:

This ending will appear if Heather kills a lot of enemies, takes a lot of damage, and forgives the person during the confessional. More precisely, every monster Heather kills gets you 10 points. Every bit of damage she takes gives you 1 point. And answering "I forgive you" to the woman in confessional room, gives you additional 1000 points. You must have 4000 points in total at the end of the game to get this ending."

The fact is that, in the end, she leaded the world to the "paradise" with blood stained hands... She simply recovered that "evil alessa" part that was missing, after killing Samael again.

not so important ending and i dont like it, i prefer normal. btw silent hill 1 and silent hill 3 are the best, harry mason is the best character in the whole game and also my favourite

Also some people say that it might have to do with the prophecy that says... you will lead us to paradise with blood staind hands.Because after she kills Douglas her hands are covered in blood.But this is just sorta a guess i'm not sure.

Ummmm... i'm not sure but I read somewhere that she got possed or something not sure how,maybe by Allessa because before Heather left she takes one more look back and then suddenly she looks sorta suprized and it turns dark.

she killed douglas because at the beggining douglas comes and he starts all this and he's the reason her dads dead because if he didn't meet her the dad (harry mason) a.k.a. loser wouldn't have died

What? Couldn't be further from the truth. Douglas was just a pawn in all this. He was innocent of it all and was merely a victim in this cherade. Unfortunately, in this ending, he doesn't come out of this as he would probably like.

Douglas was not responsible for anything. He was just a guy trying to figure things out and get the hell out of there.
