Ok everyone i just want to say one thing. when i started this squad it was for fun and exercise i was not originally going to do stunts in it but i decided to show them a few basic ones that i thought they would be able to do. yes i am well area that this is not a new stunt as most of you have put but it was for my squad. i am no longer doing it any more as i screwed up my back from irresponsible stunting with my old squad. i thank you for all your comments and yes i no it could have been better

ok just putting it out there i do no that it is not a NEW stunt as you are all saying but at the time when i was teaching it to my squad they had never done something like that as most of the girls this was their first cheerleading squad so back off with the negative comments
