There isn't even much auto tune used in the final recording. There were just backing tracks added. The studio version of Womanizer doesn't have autotune. It's layered and harmonized with different levels of her vocals, but not autotuned. Autotuning is for pitch correction, and if used for effect it sounds like T-pain. This is just one of those vocal layers separated.
