  • fucking ugh ugh ugh wtf is that very annoying ugh

  • Its just his accent. He's saying run for 2 minutes, walk for 2, run for 2, walking for 2 ...for an approximate total of 20 mins...

  • u can sprint for 10 minutes just think of a tiger behind you.

  • im sure he means 2 minutes sprinting that must be an error....im not gonna sprint for 10 freaking minutes forget that!

  • this crazy hillbilly wants to get us killed lol

  • @poturrate just because he has an accent doesn't mean he's a hilly billy... racist

  • yeah I think he is saying 2 minutes bless him xD

  • UHHH... this video sucks.

  • @adob0streak roflmao! and I am in total agreement! LOL!

  • @adob0streak lol you can do it if you are in good shape and have been running for a while. I run 5 miles at a speed of 6.2 but I don't recommend it for beginniners.

  • @adob0streak lmao. and here's the reason why expert village has become a huge joke.

  • lol what 10 minute sprint? that's not sprinting then

  • treadmil training:

    /watch?v=XhVFaJp3kT8

  • hey there!!! i am doing HIIT training once a day from monday till saturday and have a days rest. i go 30 sec sprint and pause for 30 on the tredmil. is that ok, feel good afterwards, but dont feel as though im losing weigt. can i do it twice a day or not. or am i doing somthing totaly wrong? can anybody help. thanx

  • @dandypimp im not a personal trainer but i know a bit about working out. you gotta try to get up to about 2min. go for 1min for a week or 2, then work up to 1:30, for another week or 2, till you reach 2min.if your diets good then you'll see weight drop for sure. 30 sec is good but you gotta step it up and push yourself. oh and if youre gonna do it twice a day, sure you can do that but i'd say do some jump rope for your 2nd round v.s. the treadmill.

  • @magicman4130 thanks a lot. but if i do go say about 1 to 2 min sprint, how long do i rest in between and how long should i do it for? 20min??? by the way checked out your page. really liked the magic tricks. sound mate!!!

  • @dandypimp oh thx alot! its a hobby of mine for about 5yrs now. yeah from what i understand you're trying to rest for half(if not less)of the time you're sprinting. i.e. you sprint for 1min. then slow down and rest for 30 secs. when i was in the army we would sprint the distance from one telephone pole to the next then, slowly jog the next one and repeat. for this workout style 20min aught to do it most def! its not this mundane controlled jog people do for 30-45min. 20 min you're smoked :)

  • most people can not run full out for 2 minutes. I do intervals with 1 minute sprints - 2 minutes walk at incline on a standard treadmill. in a 25 minute workout - this breaks down as: 3 mins of warm up (walk at incline) - 1 minute sprint at 10.0 speed level - 2 mins walk at 4.2 speed - 1 min sprint at 10.2 - 2 mins walk at 4.2 - 1 min sprint at 10.4... etc... and your last minute (minute 25) will be a sprint at 11.2 - then walk off the cool down period on the treadmill. 2 min sprints - no way

  • I'm from Norway and have no problem understanding what he's saying, why are you english speaking people using subtitles :P

  • @neXib I know right? I come from Indiana where we (like North Caroliners) talk with a southern twang (although N.Caroliners have a different country twang than us Hoosiers). I understand him without any problems at all!

  • @adob0streak I know right?

  • @adob0streak Fat Ass

  • @adob0streak Lmao i thnk he meant 2 say 10 secs

  • haha totally had to re-watch just to make sure it was 2 mins haha

  • He actually said... "two minutes"... the subs are wrong. (you have to be from the south to understand ;)

  • LOL, I couldn't figure out if he meant 10min or 2min. Yes 2min make alot more sense.

  • hahahaha accent coulda killed us

  • lol he obviously meant to say 2 minutes

  • the subtitle guy obviously hasn't exercised before

  • SUBTITLE FAIL

  • @adob0streak the subs are incorrect, he says 2 minutes :)

  • okay this relly is working thank you make more videos how to use the step climber to my advantage

  • I think he is saying 'TWO minutes" but the subtitles say "TEN".

  • @adob0streak lol I think hes saying 2

  • he is saying two minutes. The subtitler got him wrong

  • he keeps sayin uhhh

  • @MrPakx14 It should be in the subtitles

  • i believe hes saying 2 minutes

  • As looking for some type of legit excercisin video all i saw in the thumbs where fit and good looking people...yea they wanted my money....i saw joe here...pretty good advice....

  • Is he saying 2 or 10 minutes?! I'm hoping it's the first :/

  • wtf!! sprint for 10 mins!! its b dead lol i can spint 100m in 12 secs but 100m kills me lol

  • @adob0streak i'm sure he said "two'' instead of ten

  • @adob0streak pretty sure he is saying two minutes. The captions are wrong...

2 mins on.. 2 mins off..

  • thank god theres subtitles on most of this lol!

  • hahahahahahahahahah

  • HAHA. true

  • i thought that the most effective way is to run as fast as u can for 30 seconds then do a 30 sec rest of juss walking... running for ten minutes doesnt trick your body and make it work harder doing his workout you willl eventually plateau.

  • @alex16ed subtitls are wrong. he's saying two minute walk and two minute full sprint. do that 5 times = 5 intervals

  • he says two not ten. jesus i thought he was a machine if he could sprint for 10 minutes

  • Im sure he knows what he talking about... everything he said about HIIT is true. But I think he needs to work on his speech all that stuttering and "Hmmm" makes him sound like he's doubtful.

  • @ohyeahbambam it makes him sound like hank hill or boomhauer XD

  • @ohyeahbambam or the guy from sling blade lmfao!!!

  • i prefere the classics. like rocky

  • try the universaly accepted method of scientific experiment. starts with hypothasis then an experiment then a conclusion. your results would be more like wind bag and blender tricks. lol

the truth to what you are trying to explain is far deeper than you are prepared to study. just like you to ask for the answers without having to try anything yourself. who gave you the mis information on interval training? be very aware of info you recieve. test things out before you pass it off as your own.

  • please excuse me, I didn't read this comment. And to be honest, your actually right. So I take back my last comment.

  • And you do?? mind sharing some details as why? for us none blind sheep.

otherwise your just making remdom troll comments with nothing at all to back it up.

  • lol critics like you are a dime a dozen, you can't be avoided. Listen, there is no one size fits method, nor an "absolute" wrong or right. It comes down to basic principles. You sir , are an idiot. Please explain which portion is incorrect and why before you go shooting off non backed up comments.

  • the subtitles are wrong he says TWO minuted not TEN minutes

  • I know what he meant but he should have said if clearer so it didnt seem like a contradiction...

  • He said to sprint for 2 mins then walk for 2 mins to let you get your heart rate down and get air back in their lungs. Then he said HIIT was a great workout because you maintain a high heart rate. WTF????

  • You slow your pace to get your heart rate down for a bit and then you get it to a maximum again, so the average heart rate is high cause you reach , say 180 while running then it slowly decreases on slow mode but wont get lower than 140 and then it will increase again. From the 2 minutes of the cool down period only one or even less will be at a steady "low" (but still relatively high) heart rate. I hope I made you understand , sorry for my english :P

  • I want to knw if we suppose to reach our Hr max during interval training??

  • listen to this without the picture it sounds like Elvis? or is it me?

  • h.i.i.t. is my best friend. =P

  • Hi, have you loss alot of body fat by doing hiit. If so how did you do it?

  • yea. i did. but diet s most important. cardio + weight training are just supposed to be viewed as assistance to speed up the process.

as long as you're doing high intensity intervals, it doesn't matter how you do it. your heart rate/rating of percieved exertion is key. not incline/speed/time of intervals, 'cause that'll vary based on the individual's level of fitness' y'know what i mean?

  • thank u

  • good video.
