Work has been busy the last couple days. I am going through right now and updating all the comments on my videos. I like to have the time to not only approve, but respond to the more interesting comments.
hold it,is it not true mormons can have more than one wife? and isn`t it true the so called mormon was started by this guy joseph smith?also called the lost book of abraham? my king james version of the bible says not to add anything to the word nor take anything away from it. i rest my case.
listen things just do not add up about this joseph smith. nothing in my holy bible ,the king james version says any thing about prophet joseph smith. other prophets but not him. what if i told you i had a visitation from GOD? would you believe me? or what if i told you i found old lost bible scrips not in the bible? would you believe me? i think not.
Shortly before her death, Emma gave her testimony that she believed that Joseph Smith was a true prophet and was everything he said he was, and that the Book of Mormon was true. Of course, she did not follow the LDS Church westward.
You said, "Joseph Smith Jr. must be without his entire family in heaven."
I always find it to be bold (arrogant?) when one claims to know someone's eternal judgment. I would leave the judgment to God and not try to usurp that authority from Him.
If you read my profile, you'll see my explanation. I do screen comments, but only for vulgarity and profanity. If you look at any of my videos (particularly the more popular ones), it is very obvious that I do not screen comments with dissenting viewpoints.
........Brigham Young took control of the Church with the support of the majority of adherents, but it came with a price & fierce opposition from Emma & other Mormon Leaders that dividing the Mormon followers forever, laying to rest the " Only True Church" for good, because all 5 Mormon faith clam the distinction to this Day!
History tells more about LDS judgment over RLDS, Emma & the Smith family more then you ever could, or would
There certainly were questions about the succession after Joseph. However, the Quorum of the 12 Apostles had been organized with the keys of the kingdom committed to it. It was the Quorum that received revelation from God as to how the succession should occur. Just as the prophetic call had not been hereditary in ancient times, nor was it in the latter-days.
Both RLDS ( CofC) & LDS accept the Book of Mormon as part of its scripture; however, the LDS Church has made numerous "corrections" to their edition which have not been included in the Cof C edition.
After the death of the "Prophet "the Church fell into a "Succession Crisis" ( look it up if you dare) and broke into 5 different Mormon Churches that still exist even to this day !
LDS Leaders were at each others throats trying to gain control the the Church.
You said that "LDS are the ones who teach There way or the Hell way."
We believe that every person will have the full opportunity to accept the truth, whether that be in this life or the next. I do not claim to know how God will judge people (like you apparently do).
I live my life to the best of my ability and leave the judgments to God.
@godstruthislove all the prophets family? You mean people who are related to the prophets? And which prophets - Biblical, Mormon, or Modern? I'm having a hard time reading your comment and understanding it, so if you could clarify, that'd be great. =)
@godstruthislove no they didn't. His parents and brother died (as did he) as members. His siblings stayed with the church, as did his brother's wife, from what I understand. As for Emma, she never officially left the church. She just didn't go to Utah with them. She didn't want to leave the place she'd buried Joseph. Love of her life, who could blame her? And she didn't believe Brigham should have been the next Prophet, but she also believed that he *was* the Prophet.
It is the LDS Church that teach salvation from the LDS faith & teachings ONLY!,
ALL of the " Prophets" family were RLDS until the day they died, and ALL of them rejected Brigham teachings of the Mormon faith, without exception! sorry, but history has been written.
yea it says that in the bible..but hu sed it was a addition to the bible??cause its not.. its anada testimony off jesus christ but from the america's..
st john charter 10:16 " And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold; them also i must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and they shall be one fold, and one shepherd..
I saw this! I totally say go see it!! Its an amazing film!! It fits right along with the Joseph Smith movie! I love it! Its very testimony building and you can feel the spirit during the whole movie!!! I cried too!!
Joseph and Emma wonderful people, humble, kind, generous, forgiving..... What great examples. Emma and Joseph knew what true love is. They really loved each other and they loved others. Who does not want to be like them?
I think this really depicts how human he really was... He was a great and marvelous prophet.. But he did love Emma, and it probably tore his heart when he knew she was suffering...
I was thinking the same. I'd love tos ee it. I missed every showing in my area though. The last one was Tuesday and I was unaware it was still playing gosh darn it.
This is an amazing movie, and the Smith's were an amazing family! :)

mormons you are all wrong. go back to the holy bible the king james version
ilililhy 2 years ago
Considering that you apparently know little about the LDS faith, your comment that we "are all wrong" has little credibility.
I say this because if you knew much about us, you would know that we do use the King James Version of the Bible!

How very UnChristian of you to say?
The Fact is we accept the entire bible. And your little so called faith does NOT.

"is it not true mormons can have more than one wife?"
No.
"isn`t it true the so called mormon was started by this guy joseph smith?"
The LDS Church is a restoration of the original Church started by Jesus Christ. This restoration occurred through the prophet Joseph Smith.
"Also called the lost book of abraham?"
That's not a complete thought.

If I studied it out, prayed about it and received an answer from God that what you said was true, then I would indeed believe you.
That is what I havce done about the story of the Prophet Joseph Smith and the Book of Mormon. Have you?

Emma was RLDS Mormon until the day she died, and so was the "Prophets", Son, Grand sons, and Great son.
They all rejected Brigham & his LDS teachings. They all ( except Emma) were the Head of the RLDS Mormon Church and different times.

It is your Church "LDS" that teach a lower degree of Heaven to people who reject LDS.
If that is NOT "judgment", than what is?
If you disagree with their Teachings then you have a problem with them, not me.
According to LDS doctrine, all of the Prophets family are NOT in the Highest degree of heaven with him because they all rejected LDS.
