Dude, I got 10.5.5 on my AMD based OS, and I've tried with LeoHazard, but it won't let me boot, going to try to install 10.6 trough 10.5.5 with a pirated retail disk should work, just waiting for it to download. but anywayzzzz, do you mind making a tutorial? :)

How to change "about this mac"? It's black and transparent. The original is grey. I´ve instaled "iPC 10.5.6" but "about this mac" is grey; So I installed "hazard" 10.6.2. But I don´t know how to change "about this mac" to default (like a original mac).

Nice Video, But i have one question.. If i try to install this on my computer, and it fails.. Can i still install back to Windows/Linux? Or would this f*** up my computer so i cant install any other os? (Maby a dumb question, but need to be sure). Ill Sub if your responde :D

@TheExtorzone You will have to install windows again if you don't install it on a different hard disk. I suggest you to create a disk image and restore it later if somethign goes wrong.

Have you tried installing Final Cut Studio, or know of anyone who has had success installing the suit? It's kind of the only reason I need a Mac. I don't have the money to buy both a Mac machine and the software.

@ClaytonOrgles I have it installed on my PC and it runs just fine. It can be a little slow at time, especially when first loading in HD footage, but other than that, it runs just as well as it does on my buddy's mac.

@Wixdfast2 Yeah, all the footage I'm going to be editing will be in HD. I think I'm just going to buy a Macbook Pro, then purchase Adobe Production Premium CS5 with the student pricing. All the iMacs at my school have Final Cut Studio and Adobe Master Collection installed, and I found that Premiere Pro was way more powerful when it came to editing any kind of video. @jocreative I didn't use any boot flag. Try to boot with -v option to know where you get error.

@silviomnt it would have been heaven if it just booted up as such. It does not even get into loading up the kexts. It reboots. I installed iAtkos v7 successfully on the same system. But I cannot get SL 10.6.X to boot. I have tried different flavors too.

NICE!!!!! I have an AMD X64 which is a dual core AMD chip, can I get Mac OS 10.6.3 on my PC too? I'm a Mac user and I got this PC as a present from my father inlaw and I hate using win 7 or anything from microsoft for that matter. I'd be so happy using OS X.

Hey. I just downloaded and tried to install this distro. Loaded up installer fine. It installed fine, but got stuck booting at a point where it said something about a NTFS driver. Then it just stopped. I have an AMD6000X2, AsRock Alive NF6G-DVI, 8600GT and I'm installing on a SATA drive. What steps did you take before booting the distro disc and what options did you choose on the installer?

@TheMrpc you should download the iPC dvd, and install the nforce apple drivers, and the seatbelt fix, with that you should be ready to go.. i also got an nforce chipset, and that's what a i had to do...

@santoro2020 If you have Intel cpu it will work for sure, instead, if you have AMD cpu you may get into problems. (Mine is booting no more since i update 10.6.3). I think you have to update the kernel.

Well i installed leopard 10.6.2 and now whn i try try to log into my leopard partition the apple logo appeas and then a sign and power button appears, telling me to press power button to restart.
