  • Wow... I thought the blonde lady was Nicole Sullivan for a second! Great video. I'm a vegan, but I'd love to learn more about raw foods.

  • Avocado is 70 % fat and most nuts are like 50 % fat...I can't understand how you get protein from Avocado and oil?

  • @Entomba Yes, those foods are mostly fat but they also contain protein. Humans only REQUIRE about 5% of their daily calories from protein, maybe 10% max if you're very active and athletic.

  • @Entomba i don't care wether it has proteins or not i only care on whether it's feeding me and for how long. Avocado are feeding me very well and taste incredible. I supplement it with sprouts and I'm good for about 3 hrs depending on the situation.

  • @Entomba

Your body creates protein out of amino acids. Avocados, for instance, contain all the essential amino acids, so your body has absolutely no problem getting protein from that!:)

Same thing for many oils such as hemp.

  • See the video on the youtube channel by runningraw called protein myth

  • Man I hate the protien question.

The brainwashing is really complete on this one. There is not one person who I tell I'm a vegan who doesn't ask me how do I get my protien.

Total lie about the protien. it's retarded and wrong totally. I'm a 230lbs guy who trains in martial arts and the gym 6 days per week. No protien supplements no meat, no soy, none of that.

  • This is awesome, I feel I've learned so much in such a short time. Thanks for posting this :-)

  • Quinoa is good. I can't tolerate spirulina in any way, shape or form. Instant GI distress. Good video!

  • try chlorella or blue green algae instead, maybe.

  • Please explain to me why spirulina is an okay food. It is a Gram-Negative Bacteria! That means not only is it hard to break down, but also it has lipopolysaccharides! Which acts as an endotoxin, and it can be deadly!!

  • Soaked Walnuts are great too.

  • I'll take your word for it ;))

  • I am going to send this video and a link to all your videos to everyone in my family that bothers me nonstop about my "diet"(ary) lifestyle. they hear "it's not true, you've been duped" and they automatically shut off like I'm making stuff up and I'm delusional and a conspiracy theorist that's gone off the deep end. THANK YOU for giving me a concise, educational, spirited series of videos to back my ass up when i talk about these things! :) Love. It.

  • Spirulina is awesome! Also quinoa.
