Too bad they couldn't get the handling right in the game. The car just doesn't handle right without active aero.

Compare a stock veyron making turns on Forza to that of a real Veyron making turns and you'll see that Turn 10 did not simulate the downforce effect of the wing.

Still a great game though!

To say that the car in game is indistinguishable from real life is quite a bit of a stretch. The reflections and lighting used in this game are antiquated at best.

Adding more polygons and getting laser images of the cars is a waste until they get away from the same lighting techniques that were used in the first Unreal.

Also the driving experience is highly unrealistic.  There is no light breaking. And the steering is full lock or no lock.

All in all, Shift is one of the worst driving games I've seen in a while.

Look better? They are just upscaled 4k poly models from previous games that aren't accurate. And they lack interiors. On a scale of one to ten the standard GT5 cars are like a 7, Forza 3's cars are a 9, and the premium GT5 cars are a 10. I rather have 500 "9 out of 10" rated cars TBH. GT5 isn't 100 times better, but I'm looking forward to it anyways.

GT5 is crap, and have always been, Forza Motorsport 3 is the ultimate driving/racing simulator.

In fact, whoever buys, or had bought this car, they did it just to show off they can afford it, not really because he liked it a lot. Everyone has intense feelings with big engines, and high speeds and so do i, but i don't forget about revolutionary design. Like i always say: get yourself a car that you like, so everytime you see the car you remember what the car is capable, do not buy one that often remembers how you crashed it.

Don't get me wrong and i respect what Bugatti has done so far, but the Veyron looks like a car designed to impress. It lacks of superior design and if it's the fastest and the very best legal car on earth, i'm not surprised. Lamborghini and Porsche susprises me. Not like Bugatti by putting a car on the market so the world can notice they can build it. History counts fellas, look at Aston Martin, they survived 40 years without having an income.
