My wife and I voted this morning in a 1 room schoolhouse that served generations of Hill Country children. It's not good enough for our local district, so it sits empty now just down the road from a $100 million high school. That's a small part of the reason we voted for Debra Medina. We don't need fancy buildings. We don't need government programs. Texas was built by Texans, not by bureaucrats. They did a fine job. The fight has just begun, Debra. Win or lose, it's just begun.
I drove away from my Medina signs yesterday into Erath county where Medina signs were everywhere, jotted over to Hood county and Medina signs were everywhere ,also in Somerville county the only Gov sign was Medina. I drove away from my Medina signs yesterday into Erath county where Medina signs were everywhere, jotted over to Hood county and Medina signs were everywhere ,also in Somerville county the only Gov sign was Medina. We Texans have a dream and that dream is freedom. Its Texas Indepence day, Texans get out there and fulfill our dream.. Vote Medina Texas..

I'm in Nevada, but I sincerely wish Mrs. Medina all the best in the primary. I have relatives in Dallas and am a Texan in spirit. For those in Texas who discounted her for not alienating "truthers", I'd ask that you consider she is not a politician... she's real like the rest of us. Now's the time to quit voting for the "lesser of evils" and vote for someone who can really bring some sense into government. She may not be polished but I think she's got heart and character. I'm curious why you would say that. Did the Beck incident change your mind one way or the other? Are you voting for Debra? Hutchinson is her own worst enemy and if we can slip into a runoff we have eight months to show Perry for what he is, ask Perry haters to help us, and to convince conservative Democrats to give an outsider a chance.

If people are not behind Debra after Beck then they weren't really behind Debra before Beck. You have to have hope. We have no hope in Perry or Hutchison. They are career government leeches and could care less what the people think. Only when running for office do they act like they care. After they have won it's back to the same ole crap.

I wish she would win, but as I said, after Beck screwed her, she has no chance of winning. This is not what I want, but it's simply reality. Hopefully she'll run again.

I'm watching this Gubernatorial race with baited breath from Charlotte, North Carolina, and praying for a Debra Medina victory. Someone has got to stand up to Federal encroachment against individual liberty, and even here, halfway across the country, my fondest wish is to see that Texas blazes a trail for the rest of us to follow!
