kenne Bell and Whipple are the best superchargers on the market and at low PSI dont require a intercooler.

fuckin love the sound of kenne bells, stupid questions but are they really only for mustangs? cause it seems that is the ony thing you ever see them on. cause i wanna supercharge a town car which is ford but...

@anderson5908 they mostly make ford kits but they also make chevy and dodge kits as well. they gotta have something that'll work on the town car

I know a guy with a 2003 Corvette Z06 with a Kenne Bell Supercharger. That vette is badass to say the least! K.B makes a great s/c system. But like the poster of this video said...They mostly make ford kits in general.

@2006stangman I called them then communicated with them mostly through email after the sale when I had questions. they are a smaller place so sometimes it's tough to get through, their phones get jammed up since they only have so many people on the phones. try calling first thing in the morning when they open up.

Hey man I plan on getting the same supercharger for my car.. My car is a daily driver. would you recommend it? Also my car is basically stock besides the cams. would I need to do any other mods to the car? So it will be fine without having to worry about damage. Like forged pistons, bigger rear end, etc. I like your car by the way.

@2006stangman thanks man! this is my only car and I drive it every day, no problems. now I've had the kit on the car for over 7,000 miles and zero issues. I'm bone stock except for a meziere water pump and axle back exhaust.  I'm running their tune.

since you have cams you would have to get a custom tune, kenne bell doesn't have a tune for cams. but as long as you stay around 500whp or less you'll be fine on the stock motor, clutch, and rear end. go past 525-500whp and you're pushing it.

@Specialized1993 it's a low profile jack from summit racing, great for lowered cars. the kit is around $6,000, a little pricey but you get what you pay for. it's 100% bolt-on and includes the tune, just install everything, load the tune, and hit the road :)

what psi are you running bec i dont want to change my stock internals and i hear not to go over 8 pounds with stock internals. just interested because i have a project like this one,

@nick6204 I'm running their 9psi pulley. it's the power you end up making that you have to watch for more than the amount of boost. I'm at 473whp, you're starting to push your luck when you go to 500-525whp. so far I have over 3,000 miles on this kit and everything is perfect.
