I think everyone remembers that one Doctor they liked best that made Doctor Who something special for them.

I always though it was more creepy and original idea rather than the straight forward regeneration

to be haunted by a strange figure

It just won't be the same. It feels as if David has been the Doctor forever. Like the role was made for him. The new guy has a lot of work to do if he wants to match Davids standard.

so in theory it was Fifth Doctor walking about stalking Fourth Doctor as a kind of Grim reaper

I think quite possibly the Master's actions will result in Tenth being mortally wounded

The watcher always gave me the chills when I was younger, lurking around like the grim reaper, thats why I wanted Tenth Doctor to looked shocked and disturbed at seeing him
