I enjoy them (Lacey/Lance) and gay thing, not an issue for me, but in the world of professional ballroom dances, it's heterosexual couples, so if ABC changed that, then it would seem like just a move to get people to either tune in or tune out. I like the fact their not making it an issue, just like they aren't Cloris's age (much); She is and her antics are annoying.
Yes, I liked his dances too. And Lacey is an incredible choreographer - a little bit off of classical things - but to me it's perfect. I love to see different things.

You know, in early XX century, some argentinian men trained their tango together to dance at nigh with women in that "night clubs"- let's put in this way... hehehhe. It was a kind of rehearsal for a "big show" of conquest...
I think Lance is going to do well and yeah, he is gay. But do we need to make a big deal out of it? Gays are people too after all! It doesn't mean he can't dance 'cause he is gay. Sheeesh!
i felt bad for lacey cuz she had such and obvious crush on the guy....and throughout it seemed like she was hoping to turn him :P
