I don't know. I'm not a good enough card manipulator to get ANYWHERE near that. But having done some stuff I suspect it could be done yes. However, two of the most important rules to make the cards as good as possible is that they are clean and you've added a bit of fanning powder. Those are the rules McBride always points to before starting out.

I have never heard of that deck before. I love Bikes but my favourite cards are the Ghost ones from Ellusionist - they are just CLASS. They handle better than anything else I've tried. They're pretty cheap on ebay? Next time someone wants to get you a present ask for some Ghost cards. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

The pinky will probably get in the way of the cards being released, resulting in a sort of 'wonky' Anaconda technique.

And of course, 'wonky' is bad! Very very bad.

Im no  expert, but i think you should practice as much as you feel is right.

henrycroston's on the right track—it's not how long you practice, but the quality of your practice sessions that matter. As long as you have a solid understanding of the approach towards the move as explained in the DVD, you should be on your way to being able to get quite good at the move—it can be anywhere from a week to a month before you start to get it down good, but once you do it's a skill you'll have for life.

Until the arthritis sets in, that is.
