In bm I am medium in the winter and medium beige in the summer..I tend to switch to the medium around mid febuary and then medium beige around mid august...i find if you mix tones of any foundation, looks weird and orangey

omg i am so confused! i went to the website and they had sooooo many options! idk if your still using this (caz it was uploaded like 2 yrs ago) but what should i buy? they had like: base, pressed powders (is that the same thing as the base but in pressed form?) and they had loose powder, lucent stuff (wtf is that), bronzer etc. etc. i totally suck at the whole foundation concept and got very confused at all the options. (ahh my brain hurts!) if you could help me that would be greaat.

I ordered this in the past, and upon checking the site again - its totally different now, and not very used friendly, in my opinion. You are no longer allowed to pick your own foundations, concealer and blush - now, they have a "set" of 3 or 4 foundations that you can pick, and it doesn't include the concealer or blush. Or, you can pick a blush "set."

I am totally disappointed with the changes on Everyday Minerals. Signature Minerals is also a good site for "free" samples- try here too.

I got my sample kit a couple days ago and was so pleasantly surprised! I'll order noather sample kit because I havn't quite found a perfect match for the concealer, but honestly I will be getting the custom kit as soon as I do. Also, the brushes they have are absolutely wonderful, I would recommend those as well.

Hi, There I am from the uk and I have ordered there products you can pay through paypal and i got the full kit with twelve items which is $50.00 and it cost me £53.80 including postage the price is diffrent everytime as paypals currency rates change everyday. There is also diffrent postage packages you can choose from I choose usps priorty mail international 5 - 10 days some times longer and if its from the west coast in america it will take 3 - 4 days more.

I didn't get how it worked initially either. It's not very intuitive. Go to custom kit under makeup tab, add to cart free sample kit, drag colors into cart. Hope that helps.

Thanks so much for this video! I'm getting ready to place my free kit order, so I'm trying to figure out what all to get. BTW, I personally tend to have problems fitting my brushes into the tiny lids of my Bare Minerals starter kit...so our Sally's Beauty Supply has empty plastic containers that are big enough to do the job! They aren't the sifting ones, but that's okay with me for just samples. Thanks for your videos!

The price of the shippment chages according the location and the day you place your order, the first time I paid like $1.73 (it was a Saturday)and the second time I paid $4.73 (on a Thuesday), and yes I ordered the same free sample kit both times.

I ordered a matte, semi matte and intensive. And I have to say my fav was the intensive! I apply the semi matte then a little intensive over that ... works great! I gave the matte to my sister and she loves it! And do use a 'salmon' like color for dark undereye circles =)

I really love EM but I've never tried Maybelline, but I know you have the maybelline products as well. Do you prefer to wear your EM powder, or your Maybelline powder on a daily basis?

Simply because all I have of the EM stuff is samples- I tend to go for maybelline more often just because I don't want to run out. I think the Maybelline mineral power is similar to EM's matte version of foundation, which is nice coverage. Overally the EM stuff is cool because of all the different coverage options, so if I had full sizes I'd probably use that the most :)

I've been using EM for a while and love it! The sample kit is listed on the site under "Custom Kits". It's free, all you pay is shipping which should be under $4 in the US. It's a great bargain and the products are wonderful. I have never tried Sunday Brunch because I've always read that it is very dark - one of the darkest blushes on the site I believe.

hi! i was just wondering if the sunlight concealer would help conceal like really dark eye circles thats like bluish/purple-ish. im of medium skin tone and was wondering if the sunlight concealer would help or do i need to get the other peachy colored concealer for dark circles and shadows.

Recently I've heard that peachy colored concealers work really well on dark circles- which might be worth trying because I've only ever used yellow-based concealers. Sunlight concealer has great coverage and works well on my circles- however EDM also sells a peach one if you'd like to try that too :)

Hi! I believe I'm actually wearing my liquid mineral foundation in this video. I would say maybelline's mineral makeup is comparable to EDM's "matte" version-- so it has pretty good coverage. It's great for everyday!

Fantastic! I'd love you to do a vid on your everyday eye look which I've seen in several of your vids! I'm definitely a fan of EM, and I'm so glad you liked so many of their products! If you haven't tried already, try mixing a bit of that fab blush with some clear lip gloss for an awesome tinted gloss. I think you might like the eye shadows as well. There are tons of neutral colors. Samba lessons is a beautiful dark brown. I could go on and on!

Hi! I can't remember the color I put on the inner half of my lid-- just a light ivory shade I think. Then on the outer half is Makeup Forever Diamond Shadow (the black sparkly shade), and over that in the outer V area I blended the dark taupe shade in the L'oreal HIP Forgiving duo :)

I just got my tester kit today too. My favorite so far is the Ivory matte foundation and the Sunday Brunch blush. I figured out how to fix the big brush in tiny hole problem. Took the sifter off and tapped a little bit into a dish. Oh, by the way, the shipping is only 3.95. I think it's a great deal for five jars!
