Great Jeep Camping Trip close to Las Vegas, Carpenter Canyon

I went up a trail in the middle of Redrocks in the Blazer... Looked a lot like that. Have you been up that trail?

@mobiltec I think your talking about what we call "Potato ridge"? It is a trail that goes from red rock , over the mountain towards puhrump.

@MrSouthernjeepn That's it... The trail has an interesting rock on the right side as you head towards Pahrump that looks like a profile of an Ape.... I didn't do the whole trail because it was starting to get dark but it was nice to see something green out there and it made for a nice afternoon ride. We passed an FJ coming from the other end and he said he had no problems on the trail in his direction. I'd like to go back and do the entire thing sometime.
