@Shoggoth09 - Yeah, I do normal alternating curls with Grip4orce handles for sets of 6 to 8 for three sets, and I do reverse curls with the EZ bar like I talk about on TGA, but very rarely a heavy or a strict single curl these days. I am interested in seeing what difference it makes with a loadable handle.
Gave this a try the other day. I have a whole new respect for this it is hard. I thought i'd get 70-75 easy but could only move a 70 about 1/4 of the way. I was never big on strict curl lifts before but for some reason i'm real interested in this. Gonna train it for a while and see what kinda gains i get.
@WayneDoesWork I was surprised too. I expected to get 75 the first day and 80 afterwards. I don;t have an 80, but I am not sure I would get it anyway.
@JeddJohnson No loadable handle? or a pipe you can jimmy rig into one? You did go up 5lb. in just one workout and it seems like 5lb. is a big deal on this lift.
@yyportne Yes. That is actually what i was thinking of doing. But it might be better to try the loadable. Never know until I try. Doubt I will tackle this one tonight. Lots to do in a short time. Probably go again next week.

@JeddJohnson Don't you have magnetic plated that you attack to the 75lb (the ones you use on your blob)? If so, how much do they way?
