Nice BlackBerry copy... but this looks better than Blackberry... Motorola did a great job at copying both Blackberry and integrating their own features on to Android OS.

motorola crippled all of their android devices by using their own hybrid user interface overlay. Why not just use stock android vanilla like the original droid had? I love my G2 so much better because ithas stock android vanilla on it

i have this phone & i love it :) Something it doesnt show also is that you can also text ON the touchscreen if you hold it sideways. . i recommend it though, its the best of both worlds. droid and blackberry mixed haha.

I noticed that when she pressed the screen, occasionally it didn't react that fast, or not at all. Is it just because she wasn't pressing it right, not callibrated,or just a hardware issue? Because my shity LG Chocolate Touch does that and it pisses me off. Than i go to press it again and it zooms.

came out today, picked mine up. switched from droid 2 and its awesome. got old opening the phone everytime for the keyboard. this is so much more convenient and feels right. very smooth interface (more so than Moto D2), great KB, and perfect screen size. videos are great, apps are the same, and the touch is more responsive. plus theres a onscreen sideways keyboard if your feelin fancy. personally dont see a point in 4.5 inch plus screens... whats next, HTC's home entertainment system phone?

@Arthes45 5 mp is the perfect sweet spot for phones! If they try to jam too many pixels into a small sensor, a 3mp picture could turn out much better then a 12mp picture! Also it has nothing interesting because this is for BUSINESS users who are sick of Blackberry and want something better. As for the 1ghz I'm with you on that one! That's been the standard for too long.

Right now Verizon is running on the EDGE network. They are topped out at 3g, in order for them to go 4g (LTE) they will need to move to sim cards.

I have never liked the big screen phones with all touch because I really need a keyboard and the ability to text with one hand via Treo. @ninjatacoforce As a user of a Palm Treo 700wx back in the day (it had a similar style keyboard, but Windows Mobile 5.0 OS), this type of keyboard is easier to use 1 handed, but its still possible to type two handed if you wish.
