these trips are expensive yes but you have to understand that these trips you pay for everything in advance. the only money you need to bring is the money for the souvenirs and fun stuff. your food, travel, hotels and tours are all paid for in that 5-6,000 dollar price tag.

@acr2121 You don't have to go on the trip that the letter describes. Most of the time that is just alerting you to the trip which is planning on leaving in your area that summer. You can go to the P2P website and search for other trips and see if there are any other trips for you area, or areas close by you might wanna go on.
