just go into the game, go up to one of the murlocs that hangs around the 'redridge' area, create a macro that says:
/dance
/yell murloc fin soup
/point
/laugh
then stand next to a murloc and spam that macro while he attacks you, when your health gets to 15%, you will recieve mail in your inb game mailbox, and that letter is the code.
