lesson 2: try pushing more out through your diaphragm and going a bit louder and try changing the shape or your mouth and tongue to chsnge the sound you should be doing it a bit louder now (it may hurt a little bit at first but will stop when you get used to it).

lesson one: to those actually listening and believing what you do if you dont want it to hurt breathe in using your diaphragm you will know if your doing it right cause your stomach should expand and your chest shouldent, then try clenching your stomach and speaking if it comes out raspy thats good.
