  • Yea, I remember not being able to contact my father for two weeks because the phone lines were down. Very frightening moment then. Thankfully, he wasn't one of the many that was swimming off their roofs trying to escape flood waters. I'm sorry for all those who did though.

  • Wow,,,,, We did'nt get to see any news for two weeks , My family stayed home for the storm so many reasons, foolish maybe . We only had 4 ft of water in our home. It's been hard but we are all here together ,,,,Thank You God

  • I miss home!

  • Tears. Lump in throat. This is my hometown. Still here. Still love it.

  • Oh, BTW, it's a very impressive video. I don't think I would have liked to be there. I hate all natural disasters, be it hurricane, tornadoes, ice storms, etc. Snow storms I can deal with as long as it's not too big.

    Take care,

    Nicole from Longueuil, Quebec, Canada

  • Yea. I take a moment every so often to bow my head for that horrific event. Was there too. after returning from evacuating, thought had taken a wrong turn, because it didn't look like my home, not at all. Gulfport that is...

  • Great Video ! I liked the view of the barge. We were there....

  • Great video! Exactly what it looked like! Music is perfect! God I miss home!

  • good video! the music goes very well with it too..everytime I see a video of the damage that was done I'm still shocked and stunned at how bad it really was.
