I can't remember the guys name who is playing the guitar solo on 'Something'...but he is one hell of a musician....everyone uses him. He played in Jeff Lynne's backing band (and god knows what else he has done). He never misses a note. Yikes, this performance gave me shivers up my spine. The original is justifiably regarded as one of the greatest love songs ever written, so then to have Eric and Paul do this number in the tribute concert is really quite awesome. No, not every song Ringo sang was a hit, just the ones written Lennon and McCartney. Ringo has been doing his "All Star Band" and releasing solo albums which promptly land with a thud. He was the perfect drummer for the Beatles and played into the Beatles humor in the earlier days, but on his own he is anything but "awesome". Oh and by the way, go fuck yourself.
