@HelloxNasty damn straight. backing up your code is one of the things we got told to do when learning computing, just in case. they wouldn't risk losing all their work, so they'd have back ups, which means they could go in and find bella no problem.
Strangetown Bella is a clone. I got the real one back using a third-party program and cheats. She doesn't have memories, but you can see she is listed as Alexander and Cassandra's mother. She needs to build her relationship with Mortimer back up.
She is in strangetown but she isnt the real one she is a walk-by townie,, the sims 2 creators wanted you to think that she was abducted and when she was returned home they sent her to the wrong town and erased all her memory and family relations. i had found bella living as a townie is strangetown too, so i made her move in with someone, then i moved the goths into strangetown and then into bella's home to see if mortimer still knew her but when he saw her it was like they never met it was weird

hey guys that isn´t real bella it´s is a false bella the true bella is still in pleasantview and you need put a cheat the cheat is:
boolprop testingcheatsenabled true and you go seach for: add neighboorhood to family and you search Bella it will must be on the 2nd page remember she forget mortimer but she remember cassandra and alexander.

She actually never dissapeared... She is still alive... but she can't meet mortimer or shes gone... She is a sequel to another sims game... well thats what my cousin told me and he works with making these games... IM LUCKY :D

@akaashley345 Sorry buut, Maxis accidentally dlted her file and made up a story to cover it up , (google it,) & to go along with the story they made a clone of her in Strangetown in order for simmers to get worked up and for the story to flow ! (: If you look @ the real Bella , & the clone, you'll see a difference, a big diff in the nose !

@akaashley345 Actually, I think you're completely right. Sure, the Pleasantveiw Bella has a slightly different face, but in the story, she got younger because of the aliens testing on her. So, of course her face is different. Have you ever seen a child with a teen's face? Thought so.

Whether she is the real Bella or not is never made absolutely clear, but if the character named "Bella Goth" meets Mortimer Goth, she dies.
I tried it. She has a Death Token programmed into her, so when you leave the Lot with Mortimer and her in it, she goes poof.

-kiss with more than 10 male sims ( 16 is maximum
-woohoo with more than 7 male sims ( 12 is maximum
-marrry with 5 male sims (10 is maximum)
-move house 6 times ( 12 is maximum, reason why she move : get married)
-broke up with 12 sims ( 16 is maximum)

@GirlSimD this is what REALLY happened: When the creators were making the game, Bella was somehow accidentally deleted. So to cover up their mistake, they made her family have thoughts about Bella being abducted. They also say that when she misteriously arrived in strangetown, all her memories were wiped by all the expirements done on her by the aliens. It is why in Sims 3 There is a book "Where's Bella" and one called "Murder in pleasantsview" written by her son...

i then made my sims talk to her and now she moved in. it is quite easy its just rare that you see her walk about :)
