I cant say much for the C&C Storyline and the new gameplay, but if they ever take off Kucon from being Kane then i cant stay with the series. Kucon IS Kane and there is no replacement for that kind of talent and mastery. Though i have to admit they did decent to adding a new way to play the game. but it cant beat the massive base building and planned out mass rushes.

C&C3 and KW were good, and even though there's no more harvesting resources or building structures the story appears to be pretty faithful to the general canon so far. At least they haven't turned Tiberium Twilight into another RA3 /shudder.

I am a classic CnC fan. I have flamed on EA for years. and I think this looks amazing. I will give EA credit for having the balls to try something completely new with their game, Not making it as campy looking as RA2 and RA3 which I hate, and still keeping from what I have seen, some pretty intense combat. Yes I will miss base building, tiberium harvesting, and the likes, but look at what we could actually gain from this. As I have said, I am a classic CnC fan, and I like the look of this.

About the base building, well, I'm tired of spamming buildings and build a huge amount of units and end up in a battle which lasts 3 hours. This game requires you to stay focused, teamplay and alot of strategic thinking, which wasn't rly required in the older games. btw, all of you haters probably never tried the beta...
