I wish he'd cite the court-system as a check to the National Initiative when he's questioned on how minorities' rights will be protected in such a program...

That was a great interview, I am so for the term limits too. I always wondered why they carried Strum Thurman(RIP) into the Senate floor to drool on his microphone. The NI allows the highest offical of the Electorial Trust can only stay for eight years, seems fair to me.
