She's a murderer and will rot in hell. She didn't want to kill him? LOL! I guess this bitch has never heard of firing a warning shot. Piece of shit cunt!
2:10 "Police are investigating whethere there should be any charges in this shooting"
Unbelievable. The justice system is bull shit. She deserves an medal. She eliminated one homocidal maniac off the face of the earth to protect herself and didn't waste taxpayers money to bring that maniac to court to feed him in jail.
@ricemachinegun the other one that was on tv the dispatcher said "we cant advise you "when the caller asked if she could shoot intruders thats typical in a case where a cop raped a girl the police said "are you a doctor" "we dont know where he is we think he moved to south america"
This is why I support one being able to carry weapons to defend our homes.
But Gun addicts, that does not mean anyone should be able to obtain guns that are meant to fight wars, like an M16 or Ak47 or MP5. One doesn't need guns like that. And a market flush with M16's and AK47's serve psychos better than they do our general populace, or security.
The guns you listed are functionally identical to any other semi-auto. It is likely that you have not had the opportunity to shoot these firearms. I can glean from your comment, that you draw your knowledge of firearms from Hollywood, and gun hating media.
That said, many of the rifles you point out (exception being the mp - which is technically a pistol) are light, have lots of field use, and utilize cheap/common ammunition. They are fantastic for personal defense as well.
Automatic guns are not even part of the argument... M16's? MP5's? Do you know what those cost? They are cost prohibitive for 95% of all gun owners. $15,000 - $25,000.
...And you dont have to agree with me. You would not be the first person who has disagreed, and are likely not to be the last. Some people just favor emotion over reason.
@fargley001 That decision wasn't made on emotion, it was made on rationality.
Assault rifles and automatic weapons are indeed part of the argument because those are the guns we have been trying to ban for the longest time. We actually did ban them, but the Republicans in the Legislative branch let the ban lift. My statement was intended for that issue.
Ak 47's are much cheaper than 15 or 25k. uzis are cheaper than 25k.
So I once again disagree with your argument on automatic weapons.
By definition, assault rifles are "automatic weapons". They are not banned, and can be purchased - look up "National Firearms Act" on google. It is only legal for citizens to purchase firearms which were manufactured before 1986. So yes, assault weapons are going for 15 - 20k each.
Semi auto versions of those assault rifles are functionally identical to any other semi-auto, and much cheaper. Looking scary to you shouldn't make them illegal - and is why the AWB was not renewed
@fargley001 All assault rifles do not go for 15-20k, that is simply not true. And I know that they are not banned, but they used to be banned, and Congress let the ban lift.
It's not the fact that they personally scare me. What scares me is a psychopath trained to use such weapons, and murdering scores of people.
You have to draw the limit somewhere with the guns, we don't live in the same time as the founders. Their are humans flush in money, that also have bad intentions.
Please google "pricing" "mp5" - you'll see what the prices are. As I said earlier, they have to have a mfg date prior to 1986, and therefore a limited pool of legal guns.
So lets talk about the psychopath, trained to use such weapons. You're of the opinion that laws prohibiting the ownership of such weapons somehow stops the potential for mass killing?
I believe its against the law right now to sell guns to known felons, but even our government does it - get where I'm going?

@fargley001 You assume only felons have the potential for mass killings.
And once again, I'm not disputing any particular gun, but rather assault rifles in general. What about Ak 47's? Or Uzis?
What I'm telling you is that I don't want a psychopath--or those with ill intent-- to have better tools to wage a better war. And if that means some folks' hobbies are disrupted, I apologize, but I think it's better for society in the long run.
1) How many, per capita, unjustifiable homicides are committed with civilian owned full autos? Note there are 307 Million people in the US. What improvement would you expect by banning them?
2) I disagree on this principle. The people are to be more powerful than the government - the government is to serve the governed.
3) This is not true. Our own government has sold thousands of full autos (grenades and rpg's) to criminals
4) Why do police have guns if they are so dangerous?

@fargley001 Once again, the purpose on banning them is to stop psychos from committing mass murder, more than the impoverished street criminal--which wouldn't be able to afford the more exotic weapons and will use a handgun.
In sense of authority, the government will always be more powerful. In the democratic sense, in which we could vote them out, you're correct.
It is true. It's evidenced in the crime statistics.
They have hand guns, for self defense. SWAT has automatics weapons- to kill
Another trend which you may find interesting, is the fact that every mass shooting in the US happened in an area where it was illegal to have any gun. Its an unfortunate reality that criminals, by definition, dont obey laws.
Police have no obligation to protect you: Castle Rock v. Gonzales
I will not argue that what makes 1 gun more effective in a military application, will also make it more effective in a personal defense situation. Why sacrifice liberty for false security?
@fargley001 Why do you folks try to cloak all your habits as liberty?
Why is it illegal for an adult allowed to have sex with a minor? Why is it illegal for every Country, even radical ones, to have nuclear weapons? It's because it eliminates bad possibilities. It isn't to attack liberty
Seung-Hui Cho--the perpetrator of the mass killings of Virginia tech-- was able to legally purchase guns and the perpetrator of the Arizona shootings was as well.
Sex with a minor is not a constitutional right. The 2nd Amendment and the right to keep and bear arms IS an individual right, enumerated in the constitution - with good reason.
Nuclear weapons are expensive, hard to secure, and not very practical for personal defense.
There are many who can legally purchase firearms. If you do research on the issue, you'll see that VA-Tech is a "GUN FREE ZONE". Look that up on google.
@fargley001 You just balked at me for not agreeing on facts; don't do what you just accused me of
Seung bought those firearms LEGALLY, it doesn't matter what zone he's in.
The Constitution also says that a black man is worth 3/5ths a man, thus granting slavery as a Constitutional right. I'm sure me and you could see that flaw. If it has one flaw, it could have more
Well, I say assault rifles and ak47's aren't practical for self defense. They aren't guns made for defense, but rather to assault
@Seedofwinter yes, and alcoholics are able to purchase cars. whats the difference?
if some people had been armed and trained in personal defense at VA-tech, perhaps so many people would not have had to die. or it may have made no difference at all. too late to tell now.
you should read more into the issue. the fact stands that violent crime is reduced in areas which allow open or concealed carry of firearms. its a simple risk vs reward assessment for the criminal.
@Seedofwinter those are too totally different things. its illegal for adults to have sex with a minor because kids are stupid and easily seduced/taken advantage of by smooth talking perverts. the law is there to protect them until they know enough to make an informed decision.
and its not even illegal for a country to have nuclear weapons. don't know where you got that from, lol. the US simply threatens military action against nations such as Iran that are bat-shit crazy and would use a nuke.
@fakiir Are their no adults that are easily seduced by smooth talking perverts? I had an uncle that got taken for everything he had by a women, because of how seductive she was. A female cousin of mine got seduced into giving her virginity for a dude that had no plans on staying with her. Adults can be just as ignorant--sometimes more ignorant- than kids
A Country faces punishment by a series of Countries if it pursuits a particular action...that makes it illegal. It's in writing at the UN, too
You should also be aware that your government is killing lots of innocent people while deliberately trafficking guns/grenades/RPG's - selling to known felons associated with drug cartels

Just uploaded a fox news clip today... I can hardly wait!
won't work with the ppl anymore; just fear mongering to make ppl think that it is against the law to defend yourself if threatened with great bodily harm or death...
sad she had to, this man will be with her for the rest of her life, but at least she knows what she's made of in the event she has to act again in these circumstances!
Yea, so just as you have pointed out, i do live in Kali, but i am a co-captain of our neighborhood watch, have an alarm system & i assure you that we have personally spoken about the topic during one of the meetings w/law enforcement...we will defend ourselves & our small children if presented w/an intruder ..
we have been told to yell @ the intruder while he/she is still outside & warn them that we have called the police & have a shotgun & are prepared to use it if they don't leave...
a person would know you were home when someone is yelling to them that they...
#1. have called the police
#2. have a shotgun and are prepared to use it
now, what was your point...obviously i was not making the scenario out to seem like a hunting exhibition, was I?
Btw, these are what the law enforcement recommended to us, not the other way around...this was said to let us know what 'they' expected of us in order to claim self defense...PERIOD!
hey, who the hell are you...go find a more news worthy video to find a stupid debate with....
you don't get it...alot of ppl have had home invasions where they said nothing and bc they did not first tell the perp outside that they were home...many perps would simply leave if they knew that someone was home/ready to shoot (cops called), it is a good deterrent measure, but what you fail again to realize is simply this...
It is the stance of the LAW ENFORCEMENT to take these measure 1st...
this measure, no matter how long it takes to make these statements, 5 seconds, 30 seconds, it does not matter...in California State, you can find yourself in deep doodoo (prison time) if you cannot prove that you tried to deter the attack...one can just as easily say you did this (shot 1st, ask later) as a first response, as many cops have been accused of this, as well...
btw...did you even read my 1st comment....i am glad she shot the man...it was encouraging to me that she used her 2nd amendment right to bear arms and even greater, she exercised that right...what is your deal w/ me...?
why don't you 'news flash' someone with a negative stance on the issue....like say, California legislators in Sacramento whom make our ridiculous laws here...me personally, i have been attacked by an invader in my home, unfortunately i did not have a gun, but when i screamed for the man to leave or get off of me...luckily for my sake, yelling worked...neighbors came to rescue as well...also, in Korea, a man attacked in broad daylight, I screaming for help & neighboring ppl heard my screams...
I did in some old apartments i used to live in (Eagle Pointe, Del city ok, since closed down by the state) I was up in my loft when i heard some glass crinkle, went to the end of the loft and saw some black guy widdlin a screwdriver in between my sashes trying to un-do the window lock.
well hah i waited for him to get the window open and stepped out into his view raked the shotgun and pointed it at him.
i think you were just mistaken for the purpose and meaning of my comment...i live in a 'no fault' state...meaning that the cops will try to form a case against you, hence the reason why i asked initially the question...charges?...it seemed obvious to me that the facts were right in front of them, presented as to the fact that she was acting in self defense and therefore should not need an investigation...but then again, i come from a long line of cops in the family...i understand to an extent...
i also can see plainly that the 2nd amendment is under attack by law makers to take it away...Holdren, for example, Napolitano and many other in high places want to rid us of our rights...No way! they won't disarm us just bc of situations such as this...
sometimes ppl misconstrue the purpose of their posts bc it is done behind a computer...you must have thought i was against the women in this story...exactly opposite is true and you were wrong, bc you still don't understand my earlier statement...so far, i gather that you thought my comment was intended to imply that i thought that she could have done something different...NO, that was not the reason for my later comment...
Given the evidence, its impossible to defend this guy's actions. To say he was peaceful when sober just sheds more light on how poor of a decision maker he was - if he had known issues with alcohol, he should not have drank.
Riley's actions not only cost him his life, he has clearly impacted the lives of his family, Donna's and the Jackson family.
Donna made a good choice to arm and defend her self. I commend her for being prepared and stopping the bad guy.
I heard he is a peaceful man when he is sober. So as any criminal, rapist, killers, drug addicts, thieves, child molesters. They are all nice people when sober. They don't kill or rape 24/7. They go by motive and opportunity. Being nice when sober is not an excuse why you shouldn't be killed when you go loco..
first of all this is really pissing me off. this "scumbag," or "piece of shit" you speak of, was, beleve it or not, my best friends step father. so stop fucking talking shit about a man you dont even know, he was a peaceful man when he was sober so fuck you bitches who think you know what you are talking aboutbecause you dont, and his family his going through a lot, yes i do believe mrs. jackson did the right thing, but no i do not believe that gives you the right to talk shit...

That's fine, so we can dont have to agree on:
1. The true definition of "assault rifle"
2. Further empowering the government by giving it jurisdiction over what rifles are legal
3. Gaining no security by making certain types of firearms illegal, and hoping criminals observe the law.
4. That black semi-auto firearms are somehow more dangerous than others.

Charges?
won't work with the ppl anymore; just fear mongering to make ppl think that it is against the law to defend yourself if threatened with great bodily harm or death...
sad she had to, this man will be with her for the rest of her life, but at least she knows what she's made of in the event she has to act again in these circumstances!

its 100% legal to defend yourself in the state of oklahoma with deadly force.
regardless if the intruder has a weapon or is presenting himself in a Violent demeanor.
In Oklahoma
Two feet in the door, and your dead.
It also now extends out to storage buildings and automobiles if they are parked in your driveway, garage or other dwelling.
:)
Must suck to live in Kalifornistan where you'll get arrested if someone breaks into your own home, for defending it.
ganymedeIV4 2 years ago
Yea, so just as you have pointed out, i do live in Kali, but i am a co-captain of our neighborhood watch, have an alarm system & i assure you that we have personally spoken about the topic during one of the meetings w/law enforcement...we will defend ourselves & our small children if presented w/an intruder ..
we have been told to yell @ the intruder while he/she is still outside & warn them that we have called the police & have a shotgun & are prepared to use it if they don't leave...
shineurs2 2 years ago
yell at them? what is he a bear?
ganymedeIV4 2 years ago
what?
a person would know you were home when someone is yelling to them that they...
#1. have called the police
#2. have a shotgun and are prepared to use it
now, what was your point...obviously i was not making the scenario out to seem like a hunting exhibition, was I?
Btw, these are what the law enforcement recommended to us, not the other way around...this was said to let us know what 'they' expected of us in order to claim self defense...PERIOD!
shineurs2 2 years ago
well i got a news flash for you.
majority of the time when someone breaks into your home.
They already know your home, And are there just to whoop your ass and take your crap.
takes 7-13 minutes for police officers to show up on average, and thats in a town, not so-cal, so more like 15-20 minutes.
lots of things can happen inside 15 minutes.
look at this lady in the video, 20 minutes.
imagine dealing with a PCP raging drug addict with a .32 for 20 minutes....yellin' at him wont help
ganymedeIV4 2 years ago
hey, who the hell are you...go find a more news worthy video to find a stupid debate with....
you don't get it...alot of ppl have had home invasions where they said nothing and bc they did not first tell the perp outside that they were home...many perps would simply leave if they knew that someone was home/ready to shoot (cops called), it is a good deterrent measure, but what you fail again to realize is simply this...
It is the stance of the LAW ENFORCEMENT to take these measure 1st...
shineurs2 2 years ago
this measure, no matter how long it takes to make these statements, 5 seconds, 30 seconds, it does not matter...in California State, you can find yourself in deep doodoo (prison time) if you cannot prove that you tried to deter the attack...one can just as easily say you did this (shot 1st, ask later) as a first response, as many cops have been accused of this, as well...
shineurs2 2 years ago
btw...did you even read my 1st comment....i am glad she shot the man...it was encouraging to me that she used her 2nd amendment right to bear arms and even greater, she exercised that right...what is your deal w/ me...?
shineurs2 2 years ago
why don't you 'news flash' someone with a negative stance on the issue....like say, California legislators in Sacramento whom make our ridiculous laws here...me personally, i have been attacked by an invader in my home, unfortunately i did not have a gun, but when i screamed for the man to leave or get off of me...luckily for my sake, yelling worked...neighbors came to rescue as well...also, in Korea, a man attacked in broad daylight, I screaming for help & neighboring ppl heard my screams...

He flew like a deer in hunting season
just saying don't put a fuzzy coat on the world.
ganymedeIV4 2 years ago
i think you were just mistaken for the purpose and meaning of my comment...i live in a 'no fault' state...meaning that the cops will try to form a case against you, hence the reason why i asked initially the question...charges?...it seemed obvious to me that the facts were right in front of them, presented as to the fact that she was acting in self defense and therefore should not need an investigation...but then again, i come from a long line of cops in the family...i understand to an extent...
shineurs2 2 years ago
i also can see plainly that the 2nd amendment is under attack by law makers to take it away...Holdren, for example, Napolitano and many other in high places want to rid us of our rights...No way! they won't disarm us just bc of situations such as this...
shineurs2 2 years ago
sometimes ppl misconstrue the purpose of their posts bc it is done behind a computer...you must have thought i was against the women in this story...exactly opposite is true and you were wrong, bc you still don't understand my earlier statement...so far, i gather that you thought my comment was intended to imply that i thought that she could have done something different...NO, that was not the reason for my later comment...
shineurs2 2 years ago
@shineurs2 And what if the person breaking into your home refuses to leave? What if yelling at them just pisses them off even more?
