Obeying those commandments and giving any extra money to the poor is how a man can be right with God(enter life and have treasure in heaven). That's what Jesus said. Jesus didn't talk about grace the way Christians do.

The point Jesus was making in Matthew 19, was that no one is good, only God, because we all sin.
