If you are looking to be a police officer or fire fighter, please go to Google and search "military fitness" go to the first site and look through Stew Smith's articles. Prepared me beyond anything.
I wouldnt want that girl to have the responsability of dragging me out of a building. im glad she failed if she cant cut it. too bad for her though :/

It's a 24' extension ladder, depending on make and model 50-100 lb.

Duo Safety 24 ex....78 Pounds passed 7:21 with extra floor in tower to 5th floor.
