@alfredoitaliano Jean Talon market is excellent and Gaton Bono, it's open to the public, you just walk in crab a flat bed cart load up and pay cash. Open 24/7
@fredmango76 - Thanks for the tips Fred. Gaetan Bono is not open to the "public" they said, and marche jean talon is not always organic. But at least most of the stuff is better than maxi iga ect - I will stick to the marche Tau, for now...no choice. Organic bananas take FOREVER to get ripe...grrr!!!
Good video, I needed that. I know I've been spending too much money on produce to support this diet, just need to get off my butt and start seriously looking. thanks
Frederic, Great video. That market in Sydney looks pretty amazing. We don't have the same in Adelaide, though we do have the Central Markets where you can buy cheap food, but there are only a few organic stalls. It's all retail. I'm lucky that I run my own raw food business, so I often order boxes of bananas when I need 'em. You're totally right tho, on a raw food diet, best to buy huge amounts of fruits and veggies to make sure you're eating and not wanting to go for cooked foods! :)
Costco is the best bet if your city absolutely does not have access to these places.
Otherwise you can "create" a business account with a fruit distributor or an organic distributor in your city, just like any other restaurant and just ask for what you want and go pick it up and then pay. Even catering companies will buy food from these sources in bulk. It's not impossible. Just ask around find out where the restaurants and organic stores get their produce. Even conventional. You can do it
Awesome vids man. What about in Vancouver, Fredric!!!!!!?????????

There's a big market in Toronto. My friend David Norman says it's one of the better ones in the world. I've never been however.

@veganpea Personally I need to make sure I have loads of fruit on hand, otherwise I will start to search for cooked foods to fill my hungry tummy :)
Will see you and Veronica next time you come down to Australia :) xo

@LoveAglow Those are lychees. Haven't seen them before? They were amazing here. We buy lychees whenever we can find food ones.

I wish in Ontario they would let the public buy in bulk without having to own a business in order to get access to the markets! :(
