  • thanks for the comment. Yeah this wasn't much of a focused shadow box. I was recovering from a groin injury, so this was more form then anything. I do have a tendency to be flat footed when im really relaxed. That never happens when i'm sparring though. Thanks for the advice though. The point of these videos is to find my errors and correct them the next time I do these excercises.

  • @jdmkseries That's one of the reasons I thought you might be doing them slow, for form and that 3rd eye. You're not too far from being really good, just keep pushing yourself more and more, every session has to be a battle every time.

  • You're flat footed bro, always move at the balls of your feet, your sequences are good, you're too focused on doing random combos, your fighting at a slow pace inside your head. Nice form (body movement) in each punch, Simulate real combat when you swing a roundhouse turn towards opponent again, your opponent doesn't disappear in front of you and appear right behind you.
