Nice video. I do all of these things but my muscles still do not regenerate quickly any advice? I eat a reasonable amount of protein. Am I possibly not eating enough? When I used to bike 50-100 miles daily I used to eat 4 lbs of starch 2 lbs of chicken McD's and various junk food. My body healed up faster to my workouts. Absolutely. My training routine is based on four major movements: Deadlift, Bench Press, Squat and Standing Military Press. I also perform leg presses, rows and wide grip chinups. But for me, deadlifts are God's gift to any man who wants to grow. The overall gains I've gotten from deadlifts have been astounding.

LUNGES? you dont need lunges. If you can Squat 1.5 - 2 times your bodywieght your legs will be jacked. lunges arent necessary.

Absolutely. My training routine is based on four major movements: Deadlift, Bench Press, Squat and Standing Military Press. I also perform leg presses, rows and wide grip chinups. But for me, deadlifts are God's gift to any man who wants to grow. The overall gains I've gotten from deadlifts have been astounding.
Love your bit on the alcohol. Tell that to this alcohol-obsessed society we live in. Great tips all around, although the alcohol part will disappoint a lot of people. lol

@forgeforth If you can't give up a drinking habit to train, you aren't in it 100% and you will always limit yourself with that mentality. Don't get me wrong, I love booze as much as the next guy. I used to down a 12-pack a night...no longer. Why train your ass off, cram food down until you're sick and then handicap yourself with alcohol? It's like reverse-steroids. It makes no sense. I don't abstain fully from alcohol, I just limit myself. If booze is more important than your goals, so be it.

It´s not that, I mean I know how they work and all. It´s just that given the genetisism of a human body, every gene affect a muscle in a good way. some better than others. I have small muscles for my size, 6 ft, and I don´t know how to make them grow. bad genes I think, my muscles don´t respond to exercise stress that effectively than others. and I´ve trained for months, I need help

try creatine itl make you will gain size just by taking it because it draws water into your muscles and it gives you more energy during workouts

Stakabol is the best prohormone on the market..stack it with finaflex ripped and you will be an animal..there are sides but they are minimal and other than mild aggression which fades after you work out hard I have had none.....libido dropps when you go off so pct helps xabol is ok there are beter ones ot there....I have put on 16 pnds per cycle then ripped up with the finaflex ripped which I stacked with stakabol but only a hlaf dose and did the full dose at the end of the stakabol cycle..i

I've read about this but can you confirm? having sweaty sex can cause loss of Zinc through ejaculation , this would cause Decrease of testosterone , the bodies compensatory mechanism would then respond by increasing testosterone production, then supplement with 20-25mg zinc before sleeping, its similar to the effects of FAD diets , in starvation mode more fat stored as a result of compensatory mechanism ... can you help me with this theory ???

can having a significant loss of zinc form the body during ejaculation cause the bodies compensatory mechanism to produce more testosterone due to the zinc loss? , then supply the body with zinc to replenish the loss. can that theory work??
