Stand up is still the best way to get the full Frankie Boyle expierience in my opinion but the sketches are pretty funny. Pretty disturbing but funny. When I saw him on Mon night live they showed preview sketches for the series and they look awesome.
Although anyone who puts themselves in the media spotlight is fair game Harvey Price never actually put himself there, it was Katie. IMO Frankie shouldn't have targeted him specifically as Harvey is just a kid but Katie shouldn't use him to make $.

Im not sure what I disliked more about his show,the fact that it was so poor,or that I knew any criticism of it would be met with comments like "come out of your comfort zones"
The show isn't particularly offensive that is not the problem, it's that it was almost laugh free. The Knight Rider and the Green Mile sketch were worth maybe a minute of air time between them....instead they lasted for about a third of the duration of the show.
the stand up was really fucking funny as always. he probably should have worked with some good producers to get the sketches right though, as despite really really wanting to like them and the ideas behind them being good they ended up being really cringeworthily embarrassing. he should take some notes from dave chappelle on how to make the stand-up to sketch show conversion well. he could do wayyy better.

Stand up is still the best way to get the full Frankie Boyle expierience in my opinion but the sketches are pretty funny. Pretty disturbing but funny. When I saw him on Mon night live they showed preview sketches for the series and they look awesome.
Although anyone who puts themselves in the media spotlight is fair game Harvey Price never actually put himself there, it was Katie. IMO Frankie shouldn't have targeted him specifically as Harvey is just a kid but Katie shouldn't use him to make $.

Im not sure what I disliked more about his show,the fact that it was so poor,or that I knew any criticism of it would be met with comments like "come out of your comfort zones"
The show isn't particularly offensive that is not the problem, it's that it was almost laugh free. The Knight Rider and the Green Mile sketch were worth maybe a minute of air time between them....instead they lasted for about a third of the duration of the show.

the stand up was really fucking funny as always. he probably should have worked with some good producers to get the sketches right though, as despite really really wanting to like them and the ideas behind them being good they ended up being really cringeworthily embarrassing. he should take some notes from dave chappelle on how to make the stand-up to sketch show conversion well. he could do wayyy better.
