@hwoting Dave wasn't playing hard at all, it was the mix of the sound, the mics covering the drums could have been dumbed down, or not even have mic'd the drumkit at all. But I'm a drummer and he is no longer in the band so for me, its even better to hear daves drumming over the rest of that band.

@skyneta1a I think AIC has better riffs and Layne's voice is stronger, but Pearl Jam is better at... well... jamming. If you were to take the riff of a song like Would? and combine it with the instrumental solos of a song like "Alive" then you would have something truly incredible. Who's voice? Probably Layne's. Not only because it's his song, but because it's more natural. No offense to Eddie, his voice is awesome, but he had to try a lot harder to get that grunge effect than Layne did.

es estupido decir que nirvana es mejor que pearl jam o que alice in chains es mejor que ambos ....... si esas bandas formaron el grunge pero cada uno con su estilo como alice in chain un grunge mas metalico pearl jam grunge y con unas letras hermosas...y nirvana pues no tiene estilo difinido y ahy esta su grandeza ...los del grunge eran musicos y personas normales no se consideraban mejor que otro no como ahora que los artistas se consideran dios

recuerdo muy bien esa noche, fue electrizante magnífica el baterista se la rifó como diríamos ahora, fue algo que viví y que muchos de los que escriben apenas eran chamacos, me da gusto saber que esto sí era en verdad un unplugged, con el tiempo se ha perdido la idea de fondo y ahora salen con cada mamada que ni la gente se la cree, el unplugged es simplemente eso: desenchufado, lo demás son MAMADAS!!!!!

@LOVELED1 Sorry but Alice in Chains unplugged, Stone Temple Pilots, and Nirvana's unplugged were bar far way better than Pearl Jams unplugged. Dont get me wrong Pearl Jams unplugged was undoubltly amazing but still cant top those 3 bands unplugged performances

@kamikazi5489 yeah sure they were awesome, I agreed with you the alice and chains not so much with Nirvana, I think that Nirvana's unplugged was 98% voice 1 % the fact he was going to die soon, and 1% music, Nirvana lacked of music always, but this unplugged is so rich in music and rithms, the fact that nirvana has gotten more attention does not proof their unplugged is better...but I can give something up, maybe is not the best but is likely one of the most touching of all
