I'm 150 pounds and I wanna be 120 but for some reason its really hard to lose weight. I exercise(dancing and walking) and I don't eat as much as I used to (proportion wise) but my metabolism sucks :(
I can very much relate, I was always overweight as a child but than I lost like 50 lbs. my senior year in hs. I felt great and than I met my husband a year later and the weight just creeped back on, especially after having 2 kids. My mom and I are now losing the weight together. It's good to have someone do it with you. To have that accountability and support.
Wow I can relate to you so much. I've tried to loose weight three times. The last one I was very sucessfull I went from a size 16 to a size 7 in a little over four months. Family and friends didn't reconize me and said I looked great and I felt it too. But I ended up gaining it all back and them some with in the last two years. I am now on the start of loosing it again and getting back in my size 7's. Good luck on you're journey. You are beautiful:)
I can relate to your story. I have been overweight all my life. Watching this video really inspires me to lose weight for myself. I have a special person like you do, and it is true that if they accept you then it doesn't matter what you weigh. I have been with my boyfriend david almost a year and I have gained back what I lose before, almost 16 pounds. It doesn't sound like much but I know I can tell. Thanks for making the video. I feel inspired now that I see that it can be done :)
